yoga

Awaken, energize, strengthen and relax. Private yoga sessions are tailored to your individual needs and will align your body, breath and mind.
We can provide a one-off session, a full retreat or anything in between. Advanced booking is required.

half day training

A 4 hour session that we recommend for clients looking to have a bespoke and in depth analysis into their current health and fitness. You will come out of this session with a realistic, tailored and online 6-8 week training plan. Ideally we would recommend clients take this session once every 6-8 weeks as a means to constantly assessing, progressing and moving their fitness on, but it can also be provided as a stand alone.

full day training

Building on the half day training, the full day will add an in depth look at your current nutritional intake, biomechanics and any injuries you may have. You will come out of this session with a realistic, tailored and online 12 week training plan which will include specific videos of exercises for any injuries as well as nutritional advice, menus and planning. Ideally we would recommend clients take this session once every 8-12 weeks as a means to constantly assessing, progressing and moving their fitness on.

overnight

These are aimed at providing each client or group with the time to really focus on their training and health needs. For some it may simply be an intense training break, for others a means to detox and escape in order to re boot and kick start their healthy lifestyle back into action or to improve on their current methods. We can sleep up to 12 guests inside the main lodge, and focus these overnight breaks on giving each client time to train, time to rest and time to plan.

For those looking to combine a break with some inspirational training, fabulous food and in depth analysis on their current health and fitness aspirations, this is the break for you. Every booking is tailored to you, your group's needs, so contact us directly with your dates, requirements and we will put together an itinary that will leave you begging for more!
