If you want to rest, eat well, reboot and find out what you're truly capable of then come on a Wilde Retreat. Designed to inspire, nourish and restore, you will leave ready to dream big and take on new adventures.

Running all year round, our retreats are not a boot camp, this is a grown up approach to life and fitness, to adventure, to re setting boundaries, to finding your inner strength and inspiring you to achieve the very best.

All our retreats are tailored and designed to you, so whether you are looking for serious adventure, walks, good food, or just time for baths and reading we have the landscape, the lodge and the passion for it all.

 

Mid week retreats run from Monday to Wednesday and are £650 per person.

Weekend retreats run from Friday to Sunday and are £750 per person.

Prices include food, accommodation & training.

(Extra costs would be for external bike or wetsuit hire if needed)

There is a minimum booking of 6 people per retreat, but we can accommodate 10 in the lodge and from May to October can accommodate a further 6 in our fully furnished garden bell tents.
