Welcome to our wedding hub - hopefully you will find all the information you need for the weekend on here, but if you have any questions, please get in touch with Alex or Doug.

We have the house and the grounds booked from Friday 6th Sept until Monday 9th Sept. The main wedding celebration will be on Saturday, but you are welcome to come at any point before 11am on Saturday.

On Friday, we will be setting up for the big day, before having some chilled drinks, curry, and a pub quiz for any guests who wish to join us.

4pm – You are welcome to arrive from this time onwards.

The venue has lots of space for us to use and we recommend bringing swimming kit for the river, plenty of sunscreen, and warm clothing for fire pits later in the evening.

Camping On-site at Wilde Lodge

We’re wanting to create a relaxed, festival vibe for the weekend, so would love our guests to stay with us on site. We have provided a bell tent village for you to pick and choose your own tent on site and gorgeous washrooms for the whole weekend where guests can get fresh and spruced up don’t worry, the festival vibe won’t be extended to the toilet and washing facilities!

To all camping guests please note that there is strictly no alcohol on site on the wedding day itself. Thank you for your understanding.

Hels Bells offer a unique boutique glamping experience with a range of white canvas Bell Tents on site at Wilde lodge.

We have hired a luxury portable showering & toilet block from Nomadic Washrooms. In addition to this, there will be facilities within the house to get ready with mirrors & power provided on the morning of the wedding which guests are welcome to use.
