Please find below all the information you will need including local accommodation, recommended Lodge kit list, directions to the venue and how to book extras such as Bell tents.

Accommodation

There are two options for accommodation – either to stay on site with us in a luxury bell tent (for those who are feeling adventurous!), or to arrange local accommodation nearby. Details for both are below.

We have arranged for our bell tent village to have luxury showers and loos, and there will be a getting ready area available to use on the wedding day.

Friday 7th June 2024

Evening: Bridal party and Grooms party only meal.

Guests staying in a bell tent on site can arrive from 18.00 onwards. Please note - There is no catering available on the Friday evening, food options are available in the local town of Ludlow. If you can’t make it to us on Friday night and want to check into your bell tent on Saturday before the ceremony, please see details below.

Saturday 8th June 2024

8am -12pm Bell tents guests who haven’t checked in on Friday can check in the morning of the wedding, but please no later than 12pm.
8.30am Guests staying on site in the Bell Tents can purchase coffee/tea/juice and a cinnamon bun for breakfast.

12.00pm All guests to arrive

1pm Ceremony

2:30pm Confetti & Canapes

5:00pm Wedding breakfast
