Due to the nature of the venue, unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate children outside of the wedding party. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

Gifts

Please do not feel obliged to get us a gift - all we care about is having you with us on the day. If you would like to give us something, then a small contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. don’t wear stilettos, Wilde Lodge has uneven ground - see the guest kit list for more details!

Accommodation

There are two options for accommodation at the lodge;

Stay at the venue in a furnished bell tent OR book private accommodation in the local area.

Details and prices for the bell tents, and suggestions for local accommodation, are below.

(There’s also a third option if you have a campervan or want to pitch your own tent… contact Will or Rose)

Transport on the wedding day

There is parking available on site.

We are arranging for a local taxi firm (Wolfcar) to provide a shuttle service for our guests on the wedding day. They will organise a group pick-up and drop-off between the venue and accommodation in the local areas. If you would like to be included, please email us with the address of your accommodation - wejmiller@gmail.com

Information for guests staying on site

Please arrive anytime from 5pm on Friday 14th June; we will be providing dinner at 7pm for guests staying on site.

On Saturday morning, there will be coffee, tea and pastries from 9 - 10am.

If you’re staying in a bell tent, make sure you bring all the essentials you need and check what is included in the bell tent you picked! Mattresses are provided in all the tents, but you might need to bring your own bedding. Make sure to pack a battery pack as there won’t be electricity, bring warm clothes and extra blankets in case it gets chilly at night.
