A Welsh twist on the American Surf n Turf. An evening of amazing locally sourced venison, cooked over charcoal, served alongside delicious Welsh Whiskey, Gin, Vodka and Rum supplied by In The Welsh Wind Distillery. Dinner will include Welsh Oysters, Laverbread, Venison, and Welsh Lumpfish Caviar. Served in a gorgeous setting alongside campfires, toasted marshmallows, amazing drinks and better company.
