RSVP
Please RSVP by February 1st 2026 using the form link here
In addition to this please make sure to book your onsite/off-site accommodation as soon as you can.
Accommodation
Everyone is welcome to stay on site and make a little trip of it with us. Guests are welcome to arrive from 5:30pm on Monday 6th, and enjoy their stay until 10am on Thursday 9th. You can choose one of the cosy glamping bell tents or hire a pitch to bring your own tent/campervan. Both options can be booked using the link on this page.
If you’d prefer to stay off-site, we’ve also included nearby accommodation recommendations at the bottom of the page
Transport
There is ample parking onsite, but guests not staying on site must vacate the premises on the wedding day by 1am.
If you are staying off-site and need a taxi please make sure to book taxis well in advance as the venue is in the countryside. We recommend pre-booking with Owens motors (01547 528303) or use the taxis suggestions link at the bottom of the page.
If you are coming via train, there are train stations in the nearby villages of Knighton and Bucknell
Attire
The wedding day will be semi-formal attire, but please wear whatever you're comfortable in. This is a Crocs friendly wedding . We wouldn't recommend stiletto heels as a lot of the ground is gravel and grass. Additionally, we would suggest layers to warm up on the evenings as a lot of the venue is outdoors. On the days surrounding the wedding we recommend comfy clothes for relaxing and walking.
Gifts
Your presence is the greatest gift to us, especially with the journey to get here. If you would like to give a gift, we’d be extremely grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon adventures.
What to bring
Please see the guest kit list for ideas at the bottom.
Aside from this please bring your own food and drink for all other meals aside from the wedding meal. On the wedding day, alcohol can only be bought/consumed from the hired bar onsite. If you're camping you may need to bring cooking gadgets, there is a small kitchen. But also there's places to eat in nearby towns including takeaways.
You may want to bring swimming clothes suitable for wild swimming in the river if you wish to do so. We recommend a pair of wellies or walking boots for the outdoors.
