ITINERARY

11.30am Guest Arrival

12:30pm Ceremony

2pm Main Meal

4pm Evening Guests Arrive

5pm Live music starts

7pm Food

1am Bar closes

Fire pits and warm blankets will be ready for the evening to get nice and cosy!

A good selection of beverages will be available to purchase at the bar accepting cash and card.

Dress Code

As formal or semi formal as you like- please wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Much of the venue is gravel, grass, and uneven ground. We therefore recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing something warm for the evening.

What to Bring

Although the main events take place on paved surfaces, we encourage everyone to explore the surrounding fields and riverside and we hope to spend a lot of the wedding outside ourselves.

There are options for hiking, running and wild swimming so bring any supporting equipment needed. If that is not your vibe, there are plenty of places to relax by the fire pits, wander around or read a book. See “Guest Kit List” below. 

Bring something to take pictures with! We will not be having a photographer so would love for you all to take lots of photos throughout the day and share them via a group chat which will be made closer to the time.

 Accommodation

On site accommodation is limited, unless you have a home on wheels! If you are planning to come in your campervan, please let us know. If not, please see the links below to local hotels, B&Bs or campsites. We recommend booking accommodation and taxis with plenty of notice. Please see link below for more information and booking.

Presents

 Having the pleasure of your company for the weekend would be a great gift, so we do not expect any presents! However, if you would like to give us a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated.
