We’re so happy you’re here! We’re celebrating our marriage with a whole weekend at Wilde Lodge—think warm-weather hopes, lawn games, good food, great company (of course!!), and plenty of time to soak up the beautiful countryside together. We have Wilde Lodge all to ourselves from 4:00 PM on Friday 13th August until 10:00 AM on Monday 16th August. The wedding celebration itself will take place on Saturday 14th August. We chose a weekend wedding because one day just isn’t enough—there’s too much love to fit into a single celebration!

Wedding Day Guests - Saturday 14th August 2027: The Big Day

Please join us at Wilde Lodge at 1:30pm on Saturday 14th August for welcome drinks before the ceremony begins at 2pm. Carriages will be at 12:30AM, early Sunday morning.

Weekend Guests:

You’re invited to join us at Wilde Lodge from 4pm on Friday 13th August, and welcome to stay with us up until 10am on Monday 16th August 2027.

Bell Tent Village & Campsite: If you have your own tent or van, you are very welcome to book a Campsite pitch. If you would prefer a touch of luxury, furnished bell tents are available to hire including bedding & bed linen. Glamping toilets, showers & a getting ready tent with mirrors and electricity will be provided.

While we’d love for you to camp with us, we completely understand if you prefer off- site accommodation or can only join us for the Saturday wedding day.

Friday 13th August 2027: Kick Off

4PM: Weekend guests arrive to check in to Wilde Lodge, the Bell Tent Village, or the Campsite. Join us for pizza, fizz, and lawn games to kick off the celebrations!

Saturday 14th August 2027: The Big Day

Morning: Breakfast baps, pastries, tea, and coffee will be available all morning in the open barn for our weekend guests. Enjoy the morning however you like—walking, running, swimming, exploring the 15 acres, venturing off site or simply sleeping in. The morning is yours!

1:30PM: All guests (weekend and wedding day guests) arrive at the Top Lawn for welcome drinks.

2PM: Ceremony in the Long Barn.

3PM: Drinks reception, canapés & lawn games on the Top Lawn.

4:30PM: Dinner and dancing in the Safari Tent.

8:30PM to 9:30PM: Evening food served.

12:30AM: Carriages & departures.

Note: Local transport is very limited. If you are not staying on-site, we strongly recommend booking your taxis well in advance. Check our Useful Links section for recommended local taxi companies.

Sunday 15th August 2027: Wind Down (TBC!!)

Morning: Weekend guests to join us for a breakfast bap, tea or coffee in the morning, before heading off or staying to relax another night.

TBC: Hungover hike day & BBQ!!

Monday 16th August 2027:

10AM: Weekend guests to check-out of Wilde Lodge, the Bell Tent Village and Campsite before 10am.

Wedding Day Attire

Semi-formal, summer wedding vibe.

Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! Keep in mind that we plan to make the most of Wilde Lodge’s outdoor spaces.

Footwear: The ground outside the lodge and surrounding the safari tent is gravelled, so stiletto heels can be tricky. Great for inside the safari tent, but we recommend bringing comfortable shoes for outside and the lawns.

Layers: The Welsh countryside can cool down quickly at night, so we recommend bringing warm layers for star gazing by the fire pit after dark.

Whilst your presence is present enough, if you would like to give a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
